The Nova – It was my 1st car. It was a 1970 2 door that had a big block in it. Like many other cars i should of kept, I didn’t. I figured the new cars would be better and with a young family, it was more practical to get the family cars… But boy if I known then what I know now, my Nova would of been a family car. :)
The Nova’s were dependable and stylish. They had room for a family and was stylish for a family. But on Weekends you still could take it to the dragstrip and have some ‘big-boy-fun’.
Right now you can find these beauties on Ebay. Finding a project Nova to work on will take you back to your youth when everything always worked out for the best, and there wasn’t any stress or decisions except where to take your date to on Saturday Night.
