1. Frame – Make sure its not rusted though the whole way and that it’s solid. While some cars you will be able to purchase an after market frame, it will still be a lot of work. If you are doing a frame off restoration of the muscle car, you will then be able to go over the frame inch by inch.

You know that you are not looking at a perfect restored muscle car, so expect it to be rough, some cars are not worth bringing back to life, don’t get a job that is too big for you and you lose interest in it.
